Chelsea Flower Show Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

 This giveaway is run by The Plant Place, referred to here as “the Promoter”. The giveaway is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the RHS or the Chelsea Flower Show.

  1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open exclusively to active Seed loyalty members aged 18 or over, residing in the UK.

  • Employees of The Plant Place, Westland (the ticket provider), and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

  • One entry per member. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  1. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must complete the entry form available on The Plant Place website

  • The form must be fully completed, including name, email address, and Seed membership information.

  • By submitting the form, participants confirm their availability to attend the Chelsea Flower Show on Wednesday 21st May 2025.

  1. Entry Deadline

  • The giveaway opens on Friday 9th May and closes on Wednesday 14th May 2025.

  • Entries received after this date will not be considered.

  1. Prize Details

  • The prize consists of two (2) RHS Member All-Day Tickets to the Chelsea Flower Show on Wednesday 21st May 2025, provided by Westland.

  • The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses.

  1. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random using a random number generator or similar tool on Wednesday 14th May 2025.

  • The winner will be contacted via the telephone number provided in the entry form.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or is no longer eligible, The Plant Place reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  1. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided for the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and verifying Seed membership.

  • By entering, participants agree to The Plant Place processing their information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  1. General

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered

  • The Plant Place reserves the right to withdraw or amend the giveaway and these terms at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
