How do I order? Browse our range of composts, bark and soil improvers, then call us on 01253 856414. Please have your Seed Loyalty card number and payment card ready. We’ll confirm delivery dates for your postcode and take care of the rest.
What are the £5 reward vouchers? Spend £50 or more in a single transaction and we’ll add a £5 reward voucher to your Seed loyalty account. For every additional £50 spent (up to £150), you’ll receive another £5 voucher.
How do I get free delivery? Spend £25 or more on compost, bark or soil improvers and place your order by telephone. Free delivery applies within our local delivery area.
How can I see your compost range? You can browse our compost list above and let us know which products you’d like when you call.
Where can I use my reward vouchers? Reward vouchers can be redeemed in-store at The Plant Place only. They cannot be used in The Garden Room café or towards the purchase of gift cards.
What counts as local delivery? Delivery is split into zones based on postcode. When you call, we’ll check your postcode, confirm eligibility for free delivery and let you know your delivery day.
Is there a limit on how much I can order for free delivery? No. As long as you meet the £25 minimum spend, there’s no maximum quantity.
Where will the driver place the compost delivery? Delivery is a doorstep drop service. Our driver can leave your order at your property but can’t carry items through or around it.
Terms & Conditions
Free delivery applies to Seed members spending a minimum of £25 on composts, bark, soil improvers and/or selected bulk bird care products, within eligible local postcodes. Delivery availability will be confirmed when ordering. This promotion applies to qualifying products only, as listed on our growing medium page.
To receive reward vouchers, Seed members must spend £50 or more in a single transaction on qualifying products. A £5 voucher will be issued for every £50 spent, up to £150 (maximum of three vouchers). Vouchers will be credited within 24-48 hours, are valid for six months and are redeemable in store only.
Excludes grits, gravels, sands and chippings. Delivery is doorstep drop only.
